The club. One subscription covers everyone in it. Any admin can buy it, and any admin can restore it on a new phone.
An admin sends an invite link or code. Members download the app, sign in with their email and land straight in your club. There's no fee for them and nothing to set up.
No. Flights & Fairways keeps the ledger: what's owed, what's paid and how. Money still changes hands the way your club already does it, whether that's cash, check or Venmo, and an admin marks it paid.
They're your club's handicaps, the numbers your admins enter for flights and net scoring. They aren't an official USGA Handicap Index®, and the app doesn't post scores to GHIN®.
Stroke play (net or gross), Stableford, match play and scramble, with skins played net, gross or both. Flights are set by handicap cut lines that you control.
If nobody has subscribed, the club goes read-only. Everything stays exactly where it was, and it all unlocks again the moment an admin subscribes.
Only your club's members, and admins see a little more. We don't sell data, we don't show ads, and the app has no third-party tracking. The Privacy Policy has the details.
